University unlikely to have stadium proposal ready by April 1.

Mar. 19--The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga "probably" will be unable to make a formal proposal for control of Max Finley Stadium by April 1, according to school spokesman Chuck Cantrell.

"All the reviews and everything we'd need to complete won't be done by that point," he said.

Frank Burke, owner of the Chattanooga Lookouts and BellSouth Park, made a proposal Wednesday. He asked the Stadium Corp. board for "some sort of direction" by April 1, citing the upcoming baseball season.
